    Hey everyone,

Quick question, is many PR N/A or PR0 backlinks a negative thing?? I know the more backlinks the better but does this look spammy to Google?? Or is it good??

Thanks in advance for all replies :)

    Hi Man,

It all basically depends on the quality of your backlinks and where you are placing them. Indeed a PR7 gives you more juice then a PR0.

Lol definitely man, I would love just one PR7 link to most of my sites, the highest I have on one of them is two PR4's & a bunch of lower links, but do many PR N/A links make a site look spammy?? Or do they help??

Links coming from quality sites will improve your rankings even if they're PR0.
Lots of backlinks from low quality (spam) sites won't help and might even hurt your site (especially if it's a brand new domain).

I beg to differ. I've had some success with pligg-spam.

Yeah, be careful with that though. I had some early successes with Pligg, but I think I hit some point where it was just too many noise links and not enough solid ones. So yeah, make sure to use it as part of a bigger strategy and not the entire strategy itself. This means some strong (in content) links (from reliable sources) and lots of new content, for the most part.
