bidvertiser = SCAM FRAUD / STOLE $70 FROM ME

bidvertiser is a straight up scam. i signed up for them for the free $20 credit and intended to close the account afterwards. for some reason you cannot remove your credit card information for some reason in their fcuked up system. after the free $20 was up, yesterday they billed my card $70 without even informing or letting me know ahead of time. no emails, warnings, NOTHING.

i kindly asked for my money to be refunded and my account to be closed as i only wished to test them out under the $20 credit. as of now they have refused to refund the money in my bidvertiser account balance which is about $72 which they stole from me.

just a warning, stay away from these scammers and dont use them for advertising.

    UPDATE:
its been about 3 days now, still not a word from their support team. i keep sending messages to their support desk but all with no response. ive called their USA tollfree number and it ALWAYS goes to a voicemail saying to leave my full name and callback number. even though they may have gotten away with stealing $70 from me, im even more worried about them stealing more money from my credit card as i can not close my account and remove my card information.

i really hate to have to issue a new credit card from my bank as they will charge me $5. but if i have to then i will do it..

again stay away from these scammers

Bidvertiser is not scam site. I've been paid by them.

But, their support team is too slow. Wait for the response.

Did you paused your ads? If not, then don't blame them. I have used bidvertiser and never been charged extra, but I always pause campaigns that I don't intend to use. NO campaigns, no charging.

Did you read the fine print? I mean do they tell you that with the credit you have to pay any specific amount?? If they don't tell you that information before hand at least in the fine print then that is pretty scandalous. If not you can report it to the BBB and maybe that will get you a refund.

Bidvertiser may be paying to their publishers but they also charged me $35 just before completion of $20 trial. However the PPC advertising through them was useless

However bidvertise currently still be an alternative to the PPC, especially beginners.
If bidvertise is a SCAM, it is a dangerous thing for beginners.
