Adsense Green links ?

Hey all...

Wondering what you guys think of link colors other than blue ?

This is a site i am starting work on: Payday Loans now ive used Green as the link color through out my site, and also changed the Adsense links to match.. will i get as many clicks using different color links ?

It's well know that "Blue" means links.. but in this day and age surely there can't be that much difference in conversion rates due to the color of the text links ?

Would love to hear some feedback / thoughts / experience regarding alternative color text links.

yes it will affect but as i not not more then 10-20% can it and write ur feed back

 

Why not test it. Use green for, say a month, then revert to blue, and compare results.

If the link color matches link color of your page, it is already optimized. I see have the same color. Now sit and wait (may be promote) to see Google god giving the bounty.

 

Good point !.. i must get more traffic first.. but years ago everyone knew a link as being blue.. but in todays age i think "general people / readers" can work it out.

One should always try different blending types as long as it works best for you.

Your site looks clean and it matches so I am sure people will click some of those green links.

 

Thank you, still has a long way to go, but i will monitor it with different color sets and see if much of a difference in conversions, but i really like the green look and feel.

 

If the green test didn't work, I would recommend you change from green to blue instead. Blue text with underline is a well known by regular visitors as actual common link. It would get more clicks and attention in my opinion while I do not think the green would work much.

 

Yeah thanks that was what i was thinking at first.. a few years ago it was a given that blue text was a link.. no a days i hope people can realize.. the sites colors are blended well and the green links do stand out so it should still convert... that said i am still yet to get a click from this site lol
