How much traffic should a PR4 site get?

I have a Google Page Rank 4 site which is a content rich site. This site has a decent Alexa rank but I am not sure if I am anywhere near the kind of traffic that PR4 rating should bring to the site. Do we have some measures about this, that can suggest how much traffic should I get so that I can benchmark and take actions? The site is http://www.infoverto.com

traffic has nothing to do with pr right? Backlinks does. So what actually do you really mean by how much traffic should a pr4 got?

PR is about a number of factors including linking. But as was stated above you can't say how much traffic you will GET from PR. You can only say that the higher the PR, the more traffic it SHOULD get.

A higher PR means that you site/page has more quality. More quality means that all other things being equal, Google is more likely to show it to someone that is looking for what is on that page. Just because Google shows it to more people doesn't mean they will click on the listing. PR is nice, but you can get a LOT of traffic to a site with lower PR if it has been optimized better than a site with higher PR. It is not common, but it is possible.

You should be more concerned with conversions than traffic. If you are getting traffic and no conversions, then you don't need more traffic, you need a better site.

first you should always remember that if you get high PR Website then will not get high traffic because both are different thing so if you want high traffic on your website then you should do off page work properly.....

It's nothing to do with your PR it's to do with your keywords. When you did your keyword research for your site you will have known what keywords brought in how ever much traffic. So if you have a low traffic keyword then you wouldn't expect much traffic for that keyword.

Traffic depends on many factors but not only on PR.
Google PR is one of the several factors that Google considers to generate its search results. So don't concentrate only to get PR. Try to provide good stuff to user and follow good optimization techniques.
You can drive traffic by getting ur site keywords position at top in the Google. Also traffic depends on ur keywords, industry, etc.

There are too many other variables, so you can't accurately say, "A site with a PR4 home page should get ____ traffic."

No posters above have given you actual numbers, so I'll give you mine. My site's home page (signature link #2) is PR4 and gets about 100,000 unique visitors a month.

BTW, websites don't have PR; web pages have PR.

I agree... Most people make the mistake of assuming a high PR will have a specific amount of traffic when in reality, PR does NOT guarantee traffic. I think you need to increase the amount of back links to your site. In addition you should concentrate on increasing your SERPS and not worry too much about PR.

Yeah traffic has no direct connection to your site PR. PR is based on the quality of links you have.

it is very subjective mate. it depends of quality of backlinks that pointed to your site. if there are numbers out there, it is not accurate.

Yes traffic doesn't vary directly to your page rank. If you want to gain high traffic, you have to provide quality content and backlinks from same niche sites.

Traffic does not depend on PR. It depends that on many good traffic keywords(related to your site), you have achieved rankings in search engines and how much your website has been promoted in different sources.

You cant' say for sure, one month can bring you one amount of unique visitors and another will bring you lower number. The most important thing is to keep up with seo, otherwise, popularity of your site will eventually fall.
