My friend's living in Armenia, He is new there,He want to create a PayPal account and uses his address in Armenia. As PayPal limit the account from time to time and ask something like a tell bill as a proof of address, and they don't have anything like tell bill in Armenia. so what should he do once the PayPal account is limited? is there anybody from Armenia here or someone that has any information about that? what else can he use as proof of address? does Armenian have anything like like tel bill that their address is written there? Just one more thing He wants to use a vcc instead of a real debit card or banking account. please....
About the address i have a friend who have registered his PP account as be in India even knowing he his in Pakistan, not exactly sure how he have done it, but i will check it out and post here About VCC, i really dont advice your friends to use it because in case of PP finds out is almost sure they will block his account
Thanks for your reply, some Pakistanian ask their friends in other countries to open an account, and then they use it. I'll apriciate if u can give me more information. anybody else? please i really need your help.
Dont use VCC as Paypall suspends or closes accounts verified by VCCs Verify your Paypla account by using your bank account or by using Credit Card.
thanks for your advice, but u know the most important part of my question is that what he can use as a proof of address in Armenia?
So i have talked with my friend and what he have did is exactly what you said, he have asked a indian friend to open a account for him If you friend can get a hold of someone to do this for him he have a chance
Thanks man, But Armenian are allowed to open PayPal, this case is not the same as your friend. I just wanna know what he can send to PayPal as a proof of address except bill, once the account is limited.
Sorry my bad :$ Well i am 99.99% sure there will be some kind of electrical bill, water bill, something like that no?
thanks friend. but he says that they don't have such a thing. for these issues they just go to the bank and pay for it without any bill.
Then they can use the bank letters they normally send in the end of the month? or some Order Note of some product he have bought something like that?
There should be something but I think he doesn't have enough information, I wish an Armenian were here. I really thank u my friend.
