i want to know which free Social bookmarking/submitting tool is best , currently i am using OnlyWire but i am not satisfied with it , coz they are doing upgrading work most of time ,there site remain down more i face many error in submitting..

i want to know what other people use for Bookmarking ?

And yes which is the best Social bookmarking/submitting paid solution ?
