GuitarLessons.net It doesn't seem to have that many backlinks. But it's on the front page for "Guitar Lessons".
The keyword is in the domain URL. Are you sure it's that alone. Or does the keyphrase really make a big deal. I think it's 90 percent the site age.
keyword in url. Good Navigation {guitar mainly in link text} Dmoz listing Pr4 Age the main player 1999 Age is trust factor for this site
So which factor is the most important percentage wise? I think 90 percent of the power comes from the domain age. Does anyone degree. Give me some percentages (your guesses). What if "guitar lessons" wasn't in the domain name? Would it still be on top with only around 150 backlinks? Assuming it was still very old etc..
Yes age has a definite role here. The domain name is very important because it has the keywords that if you wanted guitar lessons you would type in those exact words.

Yes surely age is a big factor + dmoz listing. I think this contributes some good trust for Mr. Google. All are compounded for rankings if something is missing then ranking will degrade. So no one can say any % to you but this three matters a lot.
Good Keyword analysis has been done in 1999(site age). Proper navigation. There is no more back link because they have branded their name in the URL. Site is in Dmoz.
Power of the kw in domain name. Try wrapping your head around that knowledge and think about what you could do with it.
