So for $25 I will create a list of good quality sites related to your niche, for an extra $10 I will prune the list to make it tailored, strip out PR, non-indexed pages, pages with multiple posts/comments already. So say you are in the blue fluffy widget niche, i will produce a list of sites for you, then if you wish i will hand tailor the list to be targetted at PR, country, specific keywords or whatever you like. These are very different, this is not a list or a common used source of sites spread around thousands of spammers, the sites are found proactively based on your keywords/niche. The same list will never be sold twice, and in most cases the sites I find have not been targetted before. The sites I find are dependant upon your niche, if your looking for widgets there is every chance I can find hundreds, if not thousands of potential sites to link from, but if you are specifically targetting blue fluffy widgets I may only find a dozen. But these will be of great quality, I myself have found 23 dofollow PR6 pages in the last 24 hours in my niche, not to mention the thousands of pr 5,4,3,2,1 and 0's.
