Best Fax To Email Service?

Discussion in 'General Business' started by Swordfish, Jan 7, 2007.

I am staritng to travel quite a bit and find that it will be much better to have fax to email setup. I have used it quite a bit when working for a corporation and it works out well.

Not sure which company you guys are using. I didnt want to spend too much per month on this, but I prefer to have this service than a fax machine and phone line in the office.

    Thanks

I been using maxemail.com for a few years now. Very reliable and cheap too. Faxes come in a pdf format plus you get a control panel to manage everything.

We use Freedom Voice - they are about $10 a month for a toll free number and 100 free minutes. Trustfax has a few other plans as well that might be better suited for you.

i currently have an account with 1800pro. (try signing up at www.1800pro.com) they don't just have a fax to email service. their services also include an email to fax feature. other features i truly enjoyed after signing up were the toll free number, the voicemail, and the conference call!!

i suggest you sign up asap, cos they just launched a really big promo - 3 months of service FOR FREE upon sign up!!!!!!!

I work for a company called faxwire.com. All subscribers are assigned toll free numbers (so you never need to worry about long distance fees).

The service works anywhere in North America.

We also send all faxes sent to your toll free number in pdf format both to your registered email address as well as a copy of the fax gets sent to your fax management.

Have a look at our services.

Someone should add a poll on this thread so users can vote on the best one.... I'd like to know which one of these are the cheapest and best as well... Thought about it several times....

Yeah, I noticed as well. Who would like to create a poll so we could vote which is good? Alternatively Clasione you can see a virtual PBX compare site just like this one: www.virtualpbxcompare.com

this one is free but it uses a 0871 number. So basicly it will charge the person who is sending the fax to you as its a premium number.... And yeah.. Its a UK number though.... Not sure if it will work for u if you are from the US..

I think every service has ups and down and sometimes it depends on your location. What I suggest is, to know which one works for you or which one gets you better reliability, you should try it first. But you can narrow it down your choices based on your needs and budget then you can start trying the service one by one as some online fax service offers free trial like Onesuite fax.

I have used eFax for many, many years without a hitch and I would recommend them to anyone looking to go the traditional fax route.

If anyone is going to sign up with Onesuite fax then use the coupon code OSNEW15 for additional 15% on your sign up amount. That's $3 is you sign up for $20. I've found the coupon here -> http://www.retailmenot.com/view/onesuite.com

Most email-fax services are free for North America and Canada, but require PayPal fees for international faxes.
