    Hi friends,

I have seen a guy selling seo Ebooks in dp. I ordered it for $25 via paypal. Still I did'nt get the ebook. No reply from him yet. He has also deleted his profile from dp. I've filed a dispute in paypal, but I dont think I will get back the money, no reply from his side. What will I do if he deleted his paypal account? Where do I complaint such cases. He is from pakistan, asia...What can i do now? Anyone please help

Is there any possible ways to get my money back???

Just try to call paypal and let them know of this issue. There is no harm trying your luck that way IMO.

I am sorry to hear your lost. But paypal is only responsible and refund your money if you have a deal related to ebay. Other than that, you wont get refund.
What I would do is just forget it and learn from it, be careful if you do something related with money.

I agree with this suggestion. eBook being a digital item, Paypal will not consider your charge back request any favorably. Anyway... that should not discourage you from going ahead and representing your claim to Paypal with the facts you have of the seller!
If the seller has been a fraud... Paypal should be able to help you! :)

paypal not always side with the buyer, it happen to me too, i sent my payment to some scammer via paypal and sent as personal payment and 1 day after payment i did not receive anything from the seller, i have sent him email where my money and what happen, the seller never replied my email, so i decided to file a dispute against him, but paypal refuse my dispute lol this is why i hate paypal, i even have a proof that seller not sent any time or he scam me, but paypal support is not good, if they made a decision with your dispute, they will never retrieve the issue again. paypal will keep telling you to try to contact us page, or call paypal but why need to? they paypal themself can able to control paypal accounts but why in my transaction happen like this. i think paypal can't beat scammer if they dont help victims...i lost my 80$ btw :(

there is no tracking number therefore
the seller will win and buyer will loose.

try though if more cases arise and are filed against him.
pp will look in more closely

If you have your reciept then you should be just fine. Paypal has dealt with this crap before, and they'll know how to help you out.

Sorry to say but that is not entirely truth. I know many people who have got chargebacks from money spent in "virtual goods" in PTC Sites, etc.
Doesnt happen always but it is possible, start a dispute and see what happens ;)

It's true that PayPal almost always sides with the buyer.
I've had problems with people claiming their ebook was never delivered. PayPal froze my account until I proved that the ebook had really been sent.
You should be able to get your money back.

There is a little chance to get your money back. Open dispute in PayPal and ask refund. If your opponent withdraws amount immediately it is difficult to get money.
