    No, because if you're an idiot you will not go anywhere. To be successful you have to actually KNOW something about the web or about the business you're getting into. A grandma who never used the web will not make a good web entrepreneur.

    a good founder should be thinking about the next steps, planning, and helping motivate those around him/her in order to propel the group along a unified vision/mission
