Greetings I started a small article writing service and soon faced the problem of accept payments.Paypal doesn't allow reeving payments for users from the country I reside in and because of this I dont have access to the without doubt most popular service for sending/receiving money online. Thats where I hope that you can help me. Which payment processor (that can be used to accept Paypal ) would you recommend to someone who receives smaller payments (under $5 per transaction) ? I took a look at services like 2CO and Plimus and came to the conclusion that if I use these services the fees would be so high that i wouldn't be able to earn enough from my work to make it worth doing. I do,but most of my clients just say that they can only pay with paypal...So I cant do much about it... I need a payment processor for Paypal
