What is your view on "high PR" 3,4,5,6,7,8 etc? Also, higher PR pages are harder to get links from as there are fewer of them, and there is more demand for links from them. High PR in my mind is PR3 and above, these links are not built quickly or easily, they take time, patience, and knowledge.
