links in frames good or bad....?

    Frames are nightmare of seo. Frames are confusing google crawler. I don't think so Google bot will cache your site.

    Try to avoid frames... because google don't like to frames.. frames, flash, animated this are all google dont like.. if we have use this, site will be not in SEO friendly....

    hey,

    if you go through links inside the frame then you can't get crawl links which are located inside the frame.
