Does paypal allow to register some country that accepts paypal payment but write my address to country where I live and verify my account by adding credit card?
Well , if u mean that u stay in a country that doesn't support paypal , but u want to open an a/c with another address and credit card ?? wel yes u can do that , but if paypal limits ur a/c , you wont be able to get it back as u wont be able to show proper proofs

If your country is not in the list of paypal dont open a paypal account otherwise they will limit your account anytime and you might have lost money
Alertpay does a few countries that paypal doen't. They are not quite as popular, but they might be an option or alternative to look into whether they support your country or not.
If your country is not supported by Paypal... it is best to use an alternative payment processor. Paypal is known to limit accounts operating under fictitious address and you would then have no recourse to accessing even the balance funds lying in your account! Regards, RightMan
It is not that Paypal does not support your country. Paypal would love to earn money from all countries. It may be the legislation or the banking laws that do not permit Paypal. In such cases, please do not take the risk to fake that you are from another country. The end result may be just another thread complaining about Paypal banning your account.
This is illegal I would not recommend this. Are you from Egypt? This is one of only few e-commerce country PayPal does not accept from Money Booker and Liberty Reserve will have to suffice
Well there is a few way's you can get this done in fact. Just know that if your account get's limited you will be stuck.
I think that PayPal have rules and regulation with this problem.that's why it can not accept your country support.I think that please send them your ID proof and other Proof after that it will possible to accept your country.
If Paypal is supporting your country, it is better to go for alternate payment methods if you get such a huge amount.
If your country is not supported, then its best to look out for alternatives... Even if you open a paypal account by providing fake addresses you won't be able to verify it when needed. !!
My advice is.... go to another country and open a bank account. Have them issue CC for you. Don't forget to apply for virtual office. So you will have address in those country. After that... you can have your paypal account. It will costly so make sure you're very2 sure with what you're gonna do with paypal account.
Why post an answer that is total garbage and clearly shows you have no idea what you are talking about? It makes no difference what any individual does, if PayPal does not support the country, then THEY DO NOT support the country, end of story.
If you have friends living in supported countries, ask them if you can use their details for register with Paypal.
