How Much Money Did You Get From Internet From start till NOW??

how much money did you spend to invest and how much did you earn from starting on internet marketing till now???

I like to take care of my own marketing, so I spend nothing and win a bit more. However, if I had lots of money available I'm sure I'd get a lot of benefits by spending them on marketing. It's very tough though trying to promote a site without money and by using only free ressources.

 

At first I had my hands on every aspect, to learn what works and what doesn't. Once I had established methods and sites, I outsourced the tedious tasks but maintain complete control over content development.

 

Invested: about $10, maybe.

Made: Thousands.

I sell services.

 

I am still developing my site and have not even launched it yet. So far all i have done is spend spend spend. Free marketing is good but if you really want to succeed then you must spend on marketing.

 

Just been at it since the start of the year and made $300 so far. I think I have invested maybe $200. I know I can! I know I can!

 

I do services oriented work too, but I always take that money and invest it. I don't know how much i've made, but I've made enough to take several vacations on it, buy new furniture, christmas presents, and buy my house a new air conditioner last year. With all that said, I'm not living on the income I make on the internet.

 

My marketing expenses are about 10% of costs. I wont give a number but its been substantial. I've spent about $18K advertising since I started in 2008. I also market my own products. All in all, IM is good.

 

Marketing is the reason why I haven't started my site yet. Oh, it exists. I just don't like the idea of using free resources with ads running over what is really being offered. Until i have the resources to raise my site, I'll sit dorment. I am, however, doing work for Strictly Private Entertainment, which hasn't gone active yet. Look for it soon. ive spent alot of money but now i do this thing we call IM full time so you can say my investments have paid off

 

I really haven't spent anything. I have to pay hosting but that was taken care of by the sale of a site. I have made about 5,000 to date. It multiplies as I go along. I started about 6 months ago.

 

Have made over $2,000 and spent maybe $500....

 

I've started with $135 investment i'm making $100 each month.

 

In terms of money, I have probably only about broken even on internet marketing. For a couple years I bought ebooks, Adsense, internet web hosting and sold little -- a Clickbank sale here, once in a while a Commission Junction sale, Amazon affiliate revenue that only once ever got as high as $20 in a month. My own product sales would barely cover fees.

In the last year, I have finally started making a profit. I have some older Squidoo lenses that climbed to the first page of Google search results. I have a couple products that I purchased resale rights to. The sales from these vary dramatically. I've had $15 months and $300 months even though the traffic is pretty constant.

But, I'm still glad for all the time I've spent on internet marketing, BECAUSE virtually all products (even if you are simply selling your own employment opportunities) need internet marketing today. And understanding how it works -- the terms people search on, how to end up in the results for those searches, phrases that are good to use online.... understanding how all this works and having SOME skills at it -- well to use the cliche, it's priceless. It can make or break your future endeavors.

I've realized that my true calling, either in terms of my abilities or passions, is not internet marketing. But I will use my internet marketing skills, in my true passion, which if you are curious, is described here.

 

I could earn back around $130 and invest around 300$

 

Started with $8, made $1000. (1 year)

 

Probably made about $6000 in the last 2 years and spent about $2000. Alot of this was made this year.

 

It's funny to see how little the amounts are here. Is there anyone living from his internet work?

 

Made $184 till now.
