Today,when i opened my Paypal account,Then i saw it was limited.My Paypal account has a balance of 250$.They want me to add a credit card.I earned money from link selling and selling sites. Contact PayPal and explain the situation to them. They are generally very helpful, but a bit slow. Would you be able to add a card belonging to your parents? What are the alternatives they offer underneath where it says 'confirm your credit card'?
I will try to call them. My parents dont have a credit card. The alternatives are Confirm your Bank account-My Paypal account is Verified through my bank account. Add Photo ID-I sended now the photo id Add Credit card-which i dont have. Now it shows like this And how much time it takes to restore my account access. Can anybody help me? Regards, Clbyodo

A lot off people make this mistake. If you start selling using PayPal VERIFY your account and remove account limits. Also inform them you're expecting to make money and give an indication of how much this will be on a monthly basis. If they suddenly see you making money they will instantly freeze your account to prevent fraud!
Your subject was misleading. Your paypal account did not get limited, it always was limited. Unverified accounts are limited to the amount of money they can receive. If you are 18 or older and a student you CAN get a credit card. I suggest you do to help build credit and for instances like these where one is needed. Many companies will give student credit cards. The spending limit is low, but you will at least have one.
I guess Paypal wanted a second source of funding... in case there was a charge back against supposedly huge payment received by selling sites but they probably got satisfied with the account holder providing his photo identification proof! Regards, RightMan
well if your parents have any credit card then add that oone or ... add your bamk account with your paypal account ... if ya don't have any bank account then pls ... contact wid them .. with your situation .. only they can help you
You can easily add credit cards. Visa credit cards if you want to get the money out from your paypal account.
You can get a Vcc to verify your paypal account and lift limits. virtual credit cards are very affordable and good.
Photo ID can be alternate of Credit card, i had US account and they gave me photo id as an alternate of cc.
