So how much do you think BizlandHosting.com is worth? Bizland.com is a fairly large web hosting company... Do you think that someone, or maybe Bizland would buy this domain? What kind of trademark or copyright issues to I have here?
    Thanks!

If they do in fact have a trademark on their name, you're infringing their trademark, which *could* face legal issues down the road.

Definitely (if they've got a TM) don't go to them and ask if they want to buy it... You're basically giving them a free pass to take the domain.

It's happened to me before, but I fought it, and won :)

I don't agree with this statement. What is your source?

If they dont have a TM, courts will likely use a '1st use' policy (like for patents) - if they were around doing business under the brand before you registered the domain then they have priority. Doesn't mean they can move in on your territory (think google adwords vs. adwords.com) but you should offer up the domain before it gets that far. Squatting on TM names doesn't playout well these days.

    imho,
someone buying it - almost zero chance
bizland buying it - don't see a need since less than a hundred search on it.
