Any affiliate programs which can be promoted without a website?

    You can use their text link option to promote it via mouth to mouth, as signataure in your email, etc.

    besides the numerous niche sites handled by friendfinder, you can go for other penpal sponsors such as planetpersonals.com and gothicmatch.com

    You can also promote webmasterleads.com, pay-per-sale and pay-per-lead, SEO and traffic resource.

    However approval is not automatic signing up at Maxbounty.

    They manually review every website, and not all sites qualify to join this affiliate.

    This is true with any good affiliate. but as stated you can join and apply without a website you just need to be detailed about how you will promote if it is via PPC or email etc..

    If the program give you an affiliate url, or a promo code, you can promote them without any hosting account. You can even promote them through your signatures at forums. Just remember to do quality posting.
