Need simple theme

The type of business I am in, I don't care for 'busy' themes. I care for very simple 1-column themes. Or maybe a column plus a sidebar. A simple page, leading the visitor through a presentation. An example I just stumbled upon:

    http://www.nevercoldcall.com
(I have no idea, probably not done in WP.)

So, the default WP theme is simple but some stuff on the right side I'd need to remove and make it more professional looking, too. Any idea on themes?

Hi, I also like simple themes, I have posted some free SEO optimized themes here.

Hope that will give you more alternatives.

I personally use the Hybrid Theme Framework. It's open source and there's a number of child themes available with SEO optimization, good typography, etc. I would recommend finding a Hybrid Child Theme or at least make sure you don't download a free theme with malicious code/hidden links which many free themes have.

If you take your site seriously purchase a premium WordPress theme.

The big two name are ElegantThemes and WooThemes -> View the review

You also need to choose yourself which is best for your site. You need to determine the look and feel of your site.

Go to both sites and browse through the themes to see which you like best.

Well you could use free themes, but premium are just way better.
WordPressThemesBase has a lot of free themes, but finding quality ones is quite difficult

Check elegantthemes.com there are some very professional, yet simple themes. You'll need a subscription at 19.99 USD per year though.

$20 per year is cheap. You have access to the whole theme database then. Compare that to woothemes.
