Adsense income withdrawal problem

Hi, I have my adsense account and its been a while now but it doesn't reach the withdrawal limit. My question is, can I withdraw it since my website is already inactive? the money is about 85 US dollars and the limit is 100. Please help me with this one. Thank you

 

you cannot got your money till you reach the $100 and it will be the end of the next month you reach the limit.
