    Consistence and predictability :)

Adsense is SO predictable and you can guess how much u'll make @ the end of the month. On the other hand you don't even know how the day will end with YPN let alone the long forecast.

may be you participate in another adsense - may be regional ads only
may be on another planet :)
but for me since long time the only persistent part of adsense is that it never is predictable nor perstent at all

    each day
    each week
    each weekend
    each weekday
    each months
is different from anything ever before
even the hours of each new day differ

adsense almost is like playing at casino - the house always wins - all others
    sometimes win - sometimes lose
if i get 4 digits $ / month then only because of high and increasing traffic

ups and downs for no reason
eCPM like a tidal wave + 100% or 50% down
$ like the sunshine in rainy season
but i look at adsense as tipping for me and i never depend on adsense $
hence all fine anyway with or without adsense

lol! I run adsense only on one forum but their payout has been the same. Now and b4 YPN, I always knew what to expect from Adsense every month. YPN is like a rollercoaster comparing to Adsense.

Overall, YPN is best. You get CPC more in YPN. If you can modify the content to get relavent ads ( that also improves page ranking), you earn lot with YPN.

How is Yahoo going with relevancy? Do you think they will roll out to the international market anytime soon?

Agreed. Just hang out in the AS compliance forum here at DP for a while. It's sickening how many (previously!) gung-ho, AS evangelists have been banned.

I do tend to agree with the OP. AdSense does seem more predictable than YPN. It's not completely predictable, but compared to YPN it is. YPN is always like a leap of faith for me. Some days are so bad I'm tempted to yank it, but then the next day will be great and I want to switch everything to YPN.
