6-7 Meals per day.. Make sure they contain Protein/Carbs/Fats (healhty ones) in each meal.. and also make sure you dont skip meals.. (thats the main reason why people cant gain weight) Exercising alone wont loose stomach fat.. its all about the diet.. also i recommend doing some form of cardio to burn off the calories.. and the most efficient forms of cardio are high intensity ones (sprinting, boxing) etc
well im a bodybuilder.. and i eat 6 portioned meals a day.. not only does it help keep the metabolism burning.. but also helps build muscle and stay lean..

Even if you are required to be stationary on the job... you can always undertake light jogging very early in the morning or in the evening... as per your convenience. Climb the stairs instead of using the elevators once a while! A bit of physical exercise always helps in improving the digestion! Regards, RightMan
Ok so I do these exercises: Day 1: 5 Push Ups 3 times and 5 Push ups (wide) 3 times. (I wait 5 secs on each push up, and I wait 3 mins on each SETi.e.5 push ups) Day 2: 5 Pull Ups 3 times and 5 Pull ups (wide) 3 times. (I wait 5 secs on each pull up, and I wait 3 mins on each SET i.e.5 pull ups) and 5 Sit ups 3 Times. (same gap between sit ups) Day3: No exercise What are your comments?
I have looked at and done some different things. Using the slow burn technique for weight training and the heavy hands program. Any comments on either of those?
how do you advise me to increase my alf size? and i am looking to get ripped before August, i am considering changing my current training regime. I currently go to the gym 4 times a week, i work a large muslcle group in each session, with either Biceps or triceps, along with 30minutes cardio. (E.G Chest, Triceps and 30mins X-Trainer) I am going to start doing circuti training but ont he weight machines with low weight and hi reps. What do you think?
After I got married I gained almost 20 lbs. I am developing some minor love handles and man boobs! hahahaha its pretty shameful. So can you tell me how to get rid of those? I was planning on buying a new bicycle and would like to ride it every morning for at least an hour. Also, I wanted to DIY punching bags to do a couple of boxing basic routines for 30min/day. Is this good enough to get rid of this fats? I'm also planning on doing some morning banana diet, I don't know if its really effective at all. Thanks in advance! PS: I'm not really that fat like those who needs a serious program. I just wanted to get rid of these earlier.
