top tier traffic is prolly the best traffic exchange right now. you can open up like 5 different tabs and get down with your traffic exchange within a half hour. since focusing on just one traffic exchangeyou get larger bonuses the more you surf. and top tier traffic got some good bonus traffic for that

 

I still think that writing good quality content is the best way. You may not get lots of traffic over night. But it sure is a solid foundation for continues traffic. If you're desperately want to get lots of traffic fast. Perhaps you can invest some money on ebook about how to get massive traffic.

I think exchange traffic can still using with Google Adsense but you must to do it before add Google Adsense code into your website. Just do that plan and get real visitors which come back to your website and reading, then if enough visitors ( no one can say how much is enough ), just get code from GA and put into your website ( make sure stop the plan ).
