Who is your hosting provider, and how much are they charging you?
I'd advise you to switch to a hosting company such as hostgator who have cpanel, and through which you can install Wordpress using Fantastico.

All you need is your FTP log in information and an FTP program.

    1. Get you FTP address, Username and Password info from your host.

    2. Get an FTP program. You can check out FireFTP (if you use Firefox), Core FTP Lite, Filezilla. There are others that you can find with a G search.

    3. Download the latest version of Wordpress. Unzip it.

    4. If you want to install on domain.com/wordpress, then drop the Wordpress folder as is, onto your domain. It will create Wordpress on a folder of your domain.

4a. If you want to install directly on the domain, open the folder so the files are showing, Edit=>Select All and drop the files onto your domain.

You can also follow the 5 minute installation steps provided by Wordpress:

    @ torrfriend
You better change the hosting if you think its hard for your to edit config.php and don't know much about databases!

There are even hosting provider who just charge 1$ or 0.50$ a month and provide you will script installers like Fantastico!

Please step back, and structure that into coherent sentences so that we can understand what you are talking about.

I recommend Dreamhost. You pay 8,95$ / month and have a 1 click WP install option. Very easy and straight forward.

If you have access to ftp it's easy to install, there are many ways to install wordpress, without fantastico you can also install wordpress. The most important is you have mySQL and it supports php.

Here is a step by step Vidoe Tutorial how to install a wordpress blog.
