Sites which offer free links are most of the time not follow links and un targeted.
Can anyone recommend high value links sources, which are DO FOLLOW ?

    Thanks

Be careful of link exchanges and similar because Google may penalise you for using them.
Concentrate on building up your own links.
Only having Dofollow links will also start the alarm bells ringing. You need to have a balance of dofollow and nofollow to make your link building efforts look natural.
Also try to stagger your link building - a huge hit of backlinks all happening on the same day looks unnatural.

you mean we need to do both do/nofollow links? We need to dedicate all our time on no and do follow links campaign?

As you said, free links are mostly nofollow irrelavant links. Build them yourself, and you will get better quality, relevant links.
