Hi, I need appraisals for my domain name www.ebets.us , it is a betting website domain. No website on it currently.
You know some domains are worth alot because it has a generic word in it. But also domains are worth alot because they have created a brand, any domain has the potential but - domain extention pays a big part of that. ebets.com has vaue: ebets.us would loose traffic to the .com also if they have a trademark they can sue you. Just i appraise your domain: REG FEE or Legal Fees.
I have seen many people registering famous names on other tlds there was no such legal actions on them. Lets suppose your name is David and you own david.com and my name is david too, but david.com so I registered david.us. ?
if david is a Trademark you can't... btw im nt sure but, say "TradeM" is a trademark and its registered under a certain niche.. u can use that name for something else i suppose http://www.uspto.gov/ < u can search for registered tm s here
