Either your website language is not supported by Google Adsense or your content is cut-copy-paste from other website.

I think you need some more content in the Google accepted language. ( Just curious- In what language you're blogging )

Hmm do some languages not have enough advertisers for adsense right now? Maybe this is the problem

As per the Rules Of Adsense Say,

Only Top Level Domains and that too which are 6 Months old will be accepted. But am not sure about the case of America. Read the TOS First. and Try your Luck.

Thanks. Hope you would get Approved :|

there are 2 reasons for not approving your application which are clearly stated on the response.

you know about "Unsupported Language" part. regarding blogger account, google still accepts free hosted domain but has different policy for publishers from different countries for obvious reason. publishers from certain countries will need their own top level domain that is atleast 6 months old

Are you Britney Spears or M2M? Did you write the lyrics to the songs Britney Spears or M2M sings?

If you are not or did not, then the content of your site is copy-pasted and is infringing copyright.

This doesn't look like it has anything to do with blogger more the language that is being presented on it. Google aren't silly and if they sense a smell more than likely there is a dead fish to be found....

To get adsense id, your blog must be unique content and useful for the users. And also some posts on your blog. Atleast 10-15 unique posts. Then apply.

It's just that Google can't accept your blog's content. Try a new blog on other topics, make it looks professional.

Your blog looks ok on the face of it. But Google must have their reasons for refusing your blog. The Page type is something you should try and look into. There might something about your code that Google just doesn't like.

If you haven't anything dodgy, then you should be ok, but check it out anyway. Is everything as it should be code-wise? Have you messed with Blogger too much?

    Good luck with your investigations.

surely Adsense is not accepting blogs, adsense is accepting only websites.... simply apply on any website and use adsense for blogs also

Problem one seems to have created problem two. Since you do not have your blog in a Google supported language, the content is obviously not Google supported either. It thinks you have nothing.
