Their payment terms are different for every country. So was just wondering how US citizens are paid.

I think minimum withdrawl is so high is because Google likes to profit from the starting out adsense users that never reach $100 :| Greedy evil google

So that people like in other country do not have to wait for the PIn and confirm it and wait another month to get the payment cycle started?

 

I wish they did! but for some reason no online ad market services like adsense have opt through Paypal.

Direct deposit is the fastest but they will always send out checks. If you don't get a check you can have them just resend it.
