    I don't think you can get "guaranteed result".
    You better use pay by sales ads coz you only pay commission if your product is sold.

    No, Facebook has their own advertising platform. That's how they make a lot of money.

    Google Adwords Man! Look for one of their Free ad codes for like $50 bucks to start you out, create some campaigns, do your keyword research properly and I am pretty sure you will get some results. Good luck!
