    Hi,

I have made a mass payment for some goods as per seller's request, in order to save the transaction fee.

Unfortunately, my goods never arrive and can I start a dispute in Paypal in order to get back my money?
    Thank you.

The fees are there for a reason! Part of the normal transaction fee covers Paypal's disoute system and negotiators as well as a basic insurance. Here you want to both pay low fees and then also come to enjoy the benefits of a "full price paying customer"???

Also, here you have the perfect example. The seller saves money from not having to pay the fee, even more so, I belive that you as a sender pays the Mass Pay fee, so seller ends up not having paid anything, plus you can not dispute this payment. A lot of good reasons as to why you shouldn't be nice and pay with Mass Pay at sellers request. If he wants to sell, he also has to carry the normal costs of doing business, if not, go buy from someone else as that smells fishy allready! Don't fool yourself, now you have to eat the loss. Live and learn!
