paypal india-can I send money from an unverified paypal account?

    Hi friends,

    I opened a paypal account yesterday. It is neither verified with a credit card, nor attached with my bank account. My doubts are

    1) Can I receive some money( $25) to this now?
    2) Can I send around $10 from this account to other paypal accounts now?

    Its urgent. Hope anyone of you will help me

    You can receive unlimited money in your unverified paypal account but you can send only $100 or something like that from your unverified paypal account. To lift this limit you need to verify your paypal account.

    No problems man, You can send money from unverified paypal. I did it many times. Recently I verified my account.

    I think , there is a limit to for receiving , when i was unverified , i think my limit was 500$ per month(but paypal doesn't know tht month ended so its basically lifetime limit ) though i may be wrong..

    I have seen people send and receive money however paypal has limited it could also have different rules for a different country

    its is possible but u will not be able to withdraw more than 500$ until u verify ur account
