Hubpages for Link building?

Though I have heard a lot about Hubpages, I haven’t gotten around trying it out yet. I took a decision to have a glance on what it is about. From my blog to hubpages, can the same articles be used? Would duplicate content be created in this case?

For Hubpages, would it be wiser to get separate articles written? If so, wouldn’t it be better if instead of hubpages you would write your own blogs? To do link building by using hubpages, which would be a good way? Can anybody please help me out with this?

 

Nope you cannot have duplicate content at hubpages. You will be given a warning for duplicate content and will be asked to make necessary changes. If you fail to do so your account will be sacked.

Yes indeed. It is always better to produce unique content and post it on your webpage. Contextual backlinks can be provided in hubpage as well. Blog lets you manage few more links, but in terms of caching, hubpage has better chances to get chached earlier than your blog.

hubpages is a good place to build links. All the links will be "nofollow" in the beginning but once your hub score reaches above 75, it will automatically changes to "dofollow"

Hubpages can be good for link building but just keep in mind that most of the blogs might get parked/deleted/bugged within a years time. I would focus on the established ones such as Stumbleupon, WP, blogger, etc, if you want to do a linkwheel

i've never tried hubpages as of yet, but like flightcenter says, i would reccomend sticking to more established sites as they tend to have better PR

 

Hubpages is a very reputed site especially for Google,so getting a link from hubpages is very helpful.But getting approval from it is not so easy.Try to avoid duplicate content and one content on hubpages is better than the same content on your blog as you can get a very nice back link from your article on hubpages.

if you want to use the same article make sure you did some changes to prevent duplicate content.

 

Hub pages is good website but it take lot of time for creating one hub.if you have more time then spend on it because it can help you get a strong back link.
