According to the SeoChat S.E. Keyword Position, searching for "Indian software development company" (without quotes) puts your web sites at position 1 for MSN, 93 for Yahoo, and nowhere in Google. With quotes puts you #2 on MSN, #38 on Yahoo and nowhere on Google.

What keywords are you targetting? It looks to me like Google is your main problem. If you've only been doing SEO for 3 months, you may need to wait longer for your efforts to appear on the search engines.

Your website is a bit sparse on content. Spiders can't read flash, so use the Spider Simulator to look at your site as they do. If you can add more text to your pages, this might help you. Also try the Keyword Density tool.

    Cryo.

Yes as Cryo said, you are maybe a bit to eager. Keep building the links and write some more quality content.

The #1 website in google for "Indian software development company" has more than 10 000 links in MSN.

So, be patient and use the phrase that you are optimizing for in your anchor text when you are getting links.

I have noticed that for quite a few of your backlinks you used the anchor text "application development india" and you are ranking at #23 in G

    Hope this helps :)

I've also noticed. Yahoo seems to take longer to update SERPs, even for well established websites. For one of the client sites I work on, Yahoo took around 4 - 5 months ! Google and MSN showed results within weeks. I'm not sure how people can say that Yahoo shows results early. I might be missing out on something maybe

Yes sandy you're right. Don't go for keywords stuffing, try out title and urls.

Thats interesting.. Perhaps it actually has to do with well established sites, my newest site (the insurance one in my sig) is ranking already for its primary keywords (i think you can guess which one) in yahoo and msn within a month. Unfortunatly so far google has only decided to cache the main page.
