I don't know how do you call it in English. It's like glass that you put over computer screen so it protects your eyes. Does that really help? Because, I've heard that it's just a waste of money. But maybe someone has better experience? Or maybe there are glasses for this. I see very good, but recently I'm having headaches from looking at the computer screen. And my eyes become very tired in a short time. I'm using same monitor one last 6 years, so I don't know what is happening now. I went to doctor and I'm using eye drops already. What do you think?
I don't know if that glass is of any use, but I think that's better to add some more money and purchase a TFT monitor.
Have you tried different contrast settings etc. Also had a similar experience, it turned out the reflection from the monitor screen (Sony) was the problem and a new nonreflective monitor solved the issue.
People used glass previously (few years back) but now they prefer to use lcd instead of VGA monitor to avoid this problem. DON.
I've heard of that glass but I don't think it'll help you much you better go and buy a good monitor just like the other members said it'll help your eyes not to get tired in a short time
Time to buy LCD... =) Not mistaken the glasses will adsorb the static electric from the monitor and grounded it.
