If you are using cPanel, then start a full backup from the backup link in cpanel. download this to your computer and then upload this to public_html folder of your hosting.
Request your new host to restore this by submitting a ticket. He will do this free of cost.
This will contain all your setting s and passwords as well.

    Good luck

It seems that you website is powered by some CMS written in PHP and probably stores the data in mysql database. So you should download the directory where the files like index.php, showcategory.php, alcohol-delivery.html and other are stores (and all subfolders). These files upload to your new server (however, I would download all files from your previous host for sure).

Then use phpmyadmin (it should be possible to find it in the control panel) to download the mysql database and upload it to your new host.

Note, that it may be necessary to change some settings in your configuration file with your mysql database password.

Download The corresponding Database, Download The FTP Files.. And Transfer it to the new host, Import the database.. And its all set..

OR Do a Cpanel to Cpanel Backup transfer.

    Thanks.

Looking at your provider, it seems like they areusing cPanel.
Download your full site backup using cPanel. (Login to your cPanel and you will see the option)
The advantage of using cPanel backup is that, if your new provider is also using cPanel, they can restore your account as it is without any issue. And you wouldn't have to do anything other than pointing your domain to new NS.

Also, to be on safe side, download all files under your public-html folder and your Databases (using phpmyadmin)
