Many of those keywords have little or no searches. "Links Submission software" = less than 10 searches globally a month. "twitter followers fast" = 91. "free links submitter software" less than 10. You need to do proper keyword research to make sure you are going after keywords that people actually search for. Use the google adwords tool. Even a #1 ranking for a keyword no one searches for has no value.
Hospital Software has 2900 searches. A number #6 ranking gets about a 4% CTR, so it should produce about 116 visitors a month. A ranking higher than #10 isn't going to produce any significant traffic as few people go past the top ten results. It's much better to rank #10 for a less competitive keyword. It's a good start, just wanted to point out that many people don't do keyword research and wind up going after keywords that won't bring them visitors.

When you use the adword tool, you should choose "exact" to see the actual number of searches - you are using broad match numbers. To estimate the number of visitors based on your ranking, refer to this graph. http://www.seobook.com/content-vs-seo
