No, it is not allowed. Many of these sites are using iFrames to display the Google ads, but eventually they are all caught out and loose their adsense accounts.

Yes, displaying the ads in iFrames do work. But, like I said, eventually they get caught. It is not worthit.
Hi Codemasters No, you can not change the domain, but you can add your ads on any domain you wish. Simply, do not display your Google ads on a warez site, even if Google approved your application on a warez related domain.
Warez sites is a tricky business when it comes to making money. There is a few PPC programs that allow ads to be placed. Rather look at subscription services, adding different membership levels, getting donations, etc. You can also look at starting your own advertising program making all profits yourself.
I doubt that Google bot will catch you out, unless they have introduced code for this. But, people reporting you and Google staff members, checking quality of ad placements and websites, will definately catch you out.
Rian has made a good replies already Green rep added. I would like to add that most of Adsense quality check are come from human manually and not automate. It would be much harder just to trick over them and I would not recommend doing it anyway.
