    You can also create bookmarks on the major bookmarking sites.
    You can use software like Bookmarking Demon or just do it manually.

    There is a need to optimize your website properly & target only single keyword in whole website & if you can do then re write website's url I mean to say re write internal page's url.

    keyword "Lost Car Keys" has over 2 milion competition but i still you can rank on number one if you try building dofollow backlink to your site with your targeted anchored keyword.

    Well, you need to do proper on page as well as off page optimization......

    Optimize title tag, meta tags (keywords, alt, description)....

    One you finished with on page optimization, do article submissions, PR submissions, Forum postings, Blog commenting, Yahoo answering, Social bookmarking, AP link building etc...

    All the suggestions are good and I would add - create a video and have it submitted to all the video sites with a submitting service. At this moment videos are a hot ticket with the crawler algorithems.

    I'll add the same suggestion but with different mindset:

    Spy your best 3 competitors, especially their SEO profiles.
    After that create a SEO campaign to make your website's SEO profile better than them!
    I guarantee your website will outrank them altogether!

    After your website take the number one position in SERP, do not forget to maintain your website's SEO by making sure that your website is always the best for your chosen keyword.
