How to pay from Debit Card directly which is attached to Paypal?

Hey.

I have a debit card confirmed attached to paypal and I have a backup source credit card also attached.

Now I want to make a payment to someone, and I have $0 in Paypal, but I would like Paypal to make instant payment and cut the money from my Debit Card, NOT my credit card.

I just tried sending someone money and Paypal told me this is where the money is going to be cut from:

Credit/Debit Card : MasterCard XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Why is it going to my Credit Card directly? Why isnt it going to my Debit Card?

Basically I want Paypal to cut money from Debit Card and not Credit Card.

Credit card is always the second source of funding... for paypal! If you are from India, Paypal anyway would never be able to debit directly from a debit card or bank account!

You can pay via Credit Card if you have attached it to paypal , i dont think you can pay via debit card

 

Debit cards are not accepted by paypal to "add" funds.
Indian debit cards can only be used to withdraw money when the bank is attached.

Adding a bank acc is not similar to adding a credit card. And hence the difference.

 

I don't think that you can pay through a debit card, Paypal only allows CC for payments.

 

Yes,Serious workers is right,You can add funds using olny credit card to your Paypal account.
