User submitted complaints site. Visitors fill out a form and submit their content. Content goes to an email address and is posted after being reviewed. I average 2-3 submissions a day, Alexa ranking increases regularly.

96 unique pages indexed in Google, new posts are usually indexed a few minutes after being published.

So is it that you guys try to help them with their problems? or its just where they submit their complaints and take the frustration off?

 

It's an informational site only. I started it after personally experiencing problems with some of PayPal's policies

These are 2 things i want to talk about:
1. With this type of traffic do you really think you should ask for $500, specially when you dont have any revenue?
2. I am also quite skeptical about its customization and future, because it is restricted just in that paypal talks.

 

1. I am selling this sites potential. It is a one year old user submitted content site, with new unique content added almost daily. Content = traffic, more content = more traffic. I am basically selling a turn-key Adsense site with huge traffic potential. I tested Adsense on the site early on, and most clicks earn well over a $1 each, some have been $2.50+ (I will post this data when I get home). I do not put Adsense on any of my sites until the traffic is enough to generate substantial income for me, you tend to get fewer content submissions when you have ads on the site (it does not come across as being an authority site when there are ads everywhere). This brings me to your second question-
2. The restriction to the PayPal theme is why the earnings per click is what it is. Themed sites earn more per click than random content sites, in my experience much more. The theme of the site is "PayPal", and PayPal is not going away anytime soon. So I would not be concerned with the sites future. As far as customization, I don't understand what you mean. It is Wordpress platform, and easily customized. I have customized it to fit the PayPal theme, and to be a user-submitted content site. Very little work to be done to grow the content, just read the submissions and post them.

The primary keyword I am targeting is "PayPal". The theme of the site is PayPal, and when the site is out of Google's sandbox it will rank well for this keyword. The traffic estimator (Adwords) estimates 4,090,000 monthly searches for "PayPal", very significant indeed. Until then, the longtail keywords from the snowballing content being added to the site will continue to grow and increase the potential number of income generating clicks.

I will PM you the full google analytics information as soon as I get home, so you can see the steady growth this site has had the past year. I will also PM you the Adsense earnings from my previous sites to show you that I know what I am talking about.
