    Instead of 468X60 ad, I would go with some Ad link under the menu.

    You think link ads pay more than text ads? I don't think so because links ads take you to another page of ads and users usually don't click the second time. I haven't really tried link ads and never even thought of trying any because i just thought they dont pay well since it takes you to another page. Its like really rubbish to me.
