On what basis does Google approve an adsense account within 24 hours?

Well, I just bumped into a website where the owner of the website says that he can approve my adsense account within 24 hours for a fee of Rs.500. I will have to pay him only when the work is done.

I now quote his email which is as follows:

"Kindly send us the payee name and address
with which u need the adsense account..we will make ur account within
12 hours....AND SEND THE ACCOUNT SCREEN SHOT AFTER SEEING IT U CAN PAY"

Now, my question to all you viewers is that on what basis will Google approve my adsense account within 24 hours when I have not given him the details of my blog. Please tell me as to how exactly he would approve my Google Adsense account.

I need your feedback on this.

No one can guarantee about google, its only google who knows it

 

I agree, no one can really agree on the time it takes, my first time I had to re-register so it worked, (Did that after a week or two)

The second time it took less than 24 hours.

He will make ur account through www.docstoc.com .
Don'y pay .It is Illegal . Anyway after some time Google will Ban u for sure .

I even don't know why I was got approved within 24 hours in adsense. But just make sure that your site have good content and at least 5 posts before your apply for adsense.

 

Most likely it's a scam. Don't pay the money as you can do it for yourself for free. I got approved in a few days and had only 2 or 3 posts at the time
