Misbehaving HR managers I comment and get legal threats Synapse India

I was called for a interview for the post of SEO at Synapse India, where I refused to accept there 2 year bond upon which the HR person starts yelling at me. I leave the room quitely and wrote the whole story on a review site.
In return the company's legal advisor calls me up threatening about the legal issues for writing the thruth about the employees.

what are the legal issues in this please explain, is freedom of speech curbed on the internet

 

mail this to the legal advisor of that company and tell him you are trying to curb your The right to freedom of speech and expression under Indian Constitution under Article 12 to 35 of it and you will see him in court for contempt of Indian constitutional rights under Under Articles 129 and 142 of the same.

Are they that desperate for an employee that they resort to yelling when something doesnt go their way? Not a company you would want to work for. Could only imagine how their budget mettings go.

Not sure about your laws, but I do not see any legal issues telling the truth. You did not sign a confidentiality agreement, did you?

 

No, I have not signed any papers, they were pressing me to sign there 2 year bond which I refused and the HR person started yelling at me they wanted me to deposit a 1 Lakh cheque for future bank guarantee

The only legal issue they may have if you said something slanderous about company and lied about circumstances.

Legally there is nothing in this thread on which Police can arrest you or anyone can take legal action against you. You went there for Interview and you shared your experience, The only reason of legal action can be when you never went to interview and trying to defame the company, otherwise you are on safe side of law.

Yes I did went to the interview I am not lying they say I have used bad words about the company and tried to ruin there image they are forcing me to remove this thread or else legal action shall be taken there legal advisor mR Pankaj awasthi has been after me in this matter saying he will get me in jail I have removed all reviews written by me from net
WhaT i wrote I had put it on a blog/review sites etc and mailed them the link requesting them to read it (i deleted the blog later)

 

you have freedom to express your ideas but as long as it don't hurt good people.last month i attend an interview and they rejected me.i told to my friend who already work's there that they rejected me with no reason and he said its just bad luck..

 

I was not rejected i know 90% of the things about SEO, i qualified they said they will hire, me then they asked me to sign a legal bond, I refused saying I don;t have that much money to sign a 2 year contract worth rupees 1 Lakh in for of cheque

I already have a job which is paying me more than this company would have paid me, I just wanted a job close to my residence thats it may be it was just a bad day

 

Tell them that the forum won’t remove the thread and you can’t do anything about it. If the company disputes your version of events there can join and post their side of the story.

But anyway, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't win in Court.

 

I feel if the thread is deleted then the company will think they have won and they will threat more people in future. If you can't face them just simply tell that you can not delete the thread and if they can then they take legal action. For you, you have a point that you are not owner or moderator of thread and you asked but as the moderators don't see anything wrong in this thread so it can't be deleted.

Also rest assured its not a matter of police. If they again threaten you then you can also file a case against them for mental harassment.
