I am having strange problem of all my Referrals earning showing 0 on Dashboard of CPALead mebers area. Are you also facing similar problem?

 

Same with me... but under Referrals tab you can see it so its not gone and lost... could be only some script problem.

 

Yeah, it is some script problem. In the morning I was shocked to see all the referrals earnings reset to zero.

Thanks for your answer I'll wait their answer anyway there isn't much I can do before I received their answer I'm relaxing It might just mean for me It's time to pass to an other project ... I think the reasons is My niche as pi**** someone off I received 4 DOS attack on my server since my account is frozen (yesturday night) ...

i have conversation with Director of Security and Compliance yesterday via AIM (CPAleadJohnB), he let me wait for a hour before he sent me a email terminated my account due to copyrighted material, then he sign out without explain anything

i joined cpalead last year and my website is manual approved by cpalead staff and in the website description, i say clearly that my website is about watch movies online so cpalead know and accept copyrighted material on my website. cpalead say my website damage their relationship with advertisers is untrue. my website alexa rank is 500.000, it's not popular compare to many movies, tv shows website still keep in cpalead system. cpalead can only blame themself for damage relationship with advertisers

i personal think for some reasons cpalead lost their advertisers but it's not about copyrighted material infringement (they still keep movies, tv shows website in their system), and cpalead decided using copyright thing to scapegoat some of their publishers and take their earning to cover their lost.

 

you got caught doing illegal, now stop blaming cpalead for your own problem

They actually suggest that you use copyrighted material.

Can we please get a clear statement on this, i have a TV Show site and i don't want to waste my time working with CPAlead if i'm going to get my account banned.

 

Many cpalead publishers use movie/tv show sites to monetize because they were told that it was okay to do so. Now cpalead seems like they are using this excuse not pay publishers.

I was told it was okay to link to movies/tv shows.

If you have not been paid by cpalead because of this reason I strongly encourage you to take legal action. Do not be intimidated by the email they send you (I have seen the email posted on another forum...it is a scare tactic).

IMAGINE: If they don't pay 100 affiliates and all those fight it on court...that ads up to a lot of legal costs for them.

This is a major concern for us now publishers about these websites being banned because of copyrighted materials. Based on what I'm seeing here, on the chat and from the friends I know, almost all of them are using cpalead for their movie/tv websites.

Just like the post above this, at first I also read that they do encourage their publishers to use Movie/TV websites because it suits well with CPAlead and now we're hearing these horror stories about accounts being banned because of copyrighted materials.


CAN SOMEONE FROM CPAlead EXPLAIN IT TO US HERE?

 

Jeremy it would be great if you guys clear these things .. There is no point in sending traffic and banning the sites later when we reach payout
