lol, good luck with your "Please do not upload any porn!" policy. You'll probably find you still get porn uploads. For some reason, some people can't seem to read or take the hint that if they upload stuff when it says they are not allowed then they are not only wasting your time, but theirs aswell. I've had people copy stuff of mine when it had "copyright notices above and below the articles, I've had people submit stuff when it clearly says in bold that they are not allowed. At the end of the day they get nowhere, but they still do it.

The ratio is not very good. There are many similar sites like movshare but those sites pay much more than movshare. For example Novaup, they pay 5$ per 1000 unique view. So they are like 5 times better than movshare. You need to improve your ratio.
You people don't count any view, i used your promotional url on my site, and my site gets more than 3000UV and your url was on top! no view was counted. This is a lie that you count every single view, I sent thousands of visits, but none counted.
