    If you dont have a credit or debit card you can deposite funds through your bank account.
    However this can take a few days to process. Mine takes around 3-5 days.

    Unfortunately... Indian paypal users can top up their paypal account only through credit card... as bank accounts are not permitted to be a valid funding source! :(
