    Hi guys

I need to reduce a swf file. All my images have been optimised and its still too big!

    Any ideas please?

    thank you!

Did you make sure the export settings are what you need?
Check the publish settings; tweaking the JPEG quality might do some good.
If you have audio in the file also check the compression values (even better, make sure you really need the audio; can have a huge impact on the SWF.)

@skynet88, the question was rather how to reduce the number of MB the SWF file takes on disk, not so much the dimensions. It has to be done in the Flash authoring software before the FLA is exported to SWF.

Try to reduce the frames while designing, so that you can minimize the file size.

    That's OK.
I can't tell you how many times I've made that mistake myself.
Computer term "size" does mean dimension AND weight.

Try to convert it to a FLV file. A lot to swf to flv converter offers settings options to reduce the size.
