Hi all i am from the NON supported countries of pp and i am considering buyin new domain i verified my acc with VCC so i was about to buy domain from Godady is any risk on my pp to get limited? some ppl told me name.com no risk is that right? in both cases when i come to register my account under any of godady or name .com will register my info as the same of my pp or it doesnt matter?
It doesn't matter where you register your domains at godaddy or name.com but I would recommend you to use name.com Bcoz in past I made purchase with my paypal unverified account and still never had a problem.
there is no risk to spend the money but as the country not supported if the account get limited you need to forget the money and move on.
many ppl send and recive money from pp with no risk but whn come to buy hosting or anything some hosting causes the pp to get limited
Many Local Banks are offering Internet Shopping Card (prepaid) if you are over 18 simply apply for one and have fun using it ... if not then have your father or big brother apply one for you as there is no risk! it is prepaid
