Recently I developed a new wordpress blog & this site I installed SwiftThemes. The theme is nice but problem is when I am going to put down a comment or click on Recent Posts/Categories 404 Error is shown.

How to fix 404 Error? Have any idea?

Switch back to the default theme and deactivate any plugins. Check to see if you still have the problem. If not, reactivate the theme and test again. If you have the problem then, you know that the theme is causing it. At that point, if you're not a programmer, or very familiar with PHP, I recommend you contact the theme developer for help.

i had similar problems recently which the support at hostgator fixed for me apparently there was something missing from my .htaccess file so you might want to look into that

while on the subject of 404 errors have you seen this ebook 404 Secrets tells you how to profit from 404 error pages so might be something to think about if you are having issues

Maybe the theme you are using is not coded correctly that's why it is not accepting the comments?

When we transfer a blog to any other host we must set permalink structure to avoid not found 404 error .Because 404 error is like a poison in case of seo .
